السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته
انا موظف اعمل في شركه ولدي ايمل صاحب الشركه وانا المسؤل عن مراسلته وفي يوم من الايام جئت لكي افتح الايمل فتفاجئت انه لايفتح فراسلت شركة هوتميل لكن بدون فائده لم يصلني اي رد وحاولت ان استرجع كلمه السر من خلال المعلومات الخاصه بالايمل لكن كذلك بدون فائده لان صاحب الشركه لايذكر اي من المعلومات لذا ارجوكم مساعدتي اذا قدركم الله على فعل ذلك ولكم الشكر الجزيل

: بعد استرجاع ايميلك يجب ان تتخذ الخطوات الاتيه

تغيير كلمة السر وتغيير السؤال السرى والدوله المسجل بها

حااول تغير كل معلوماتك القديمه
